Holy shit, I start working more hours to help my chances of going to MAGfest, and you guys repay me with PAGES OF TEXT?!?

Also, I just realized that the next album won't be called Red or not even Mauve like we have all speculated. This album is called blue. Not because of Mega Man's color or shit like that, but because of Proto's Japanese name. That's right, History Repeating: Blue is because of Blues. Which means the next album will be History Repeating: Rock.

Its so obvious now that someone has stated it. Maybe that helps with the speculation on the 'Continue' track and who's singing it? But then there's also the chance that it could be called Break or Skull after his alter ego or the Japanese name of Doc Robo which was supposed to by Doc Skull.

Who sings "High rock, my weapon is hot"?

I'm going out on a limb and saying that the "yellow version" of sorts will be History Repeating - Bass. The cover will involve Greg dressing the part, complete with adorable Treble.

We're not saying that Protoman wasn't on the album, but the songs focusing on him are on the next one (i.e. I'm Not The Breakman and Whistle Concert and probable others). Saying a few lines doesn't mean he had a big part, but it seems like he will have a significant part in the next part of the album.

Proto had the most significant impact on this album, and on actual life itself. He has "high Rock" as in Proto enjoyin' some of that ganja. With him, we wouldn't be able to rewrite history. It would still be merely activating Jigger's power.

Diveman's turn:

History Repeating pt1.

Megaman is looking out into the horizon of the city, explosions everywhere, he knows Wily is back. He knows he's going to have to fight again, and he's suiting up so to speak, for war. He puts on his helmet, and all that jazz and goes to the roof , he sees the explosions in the horizon, surrounding every side of him. This is his level select that he mentions. He jumps down all bad ass and such as the ending speeds up then BOOM he lands

History Repeating pt2

He gets up, a small crater lies around him. He's preparing himself mentally for whats to come, he knows that this is the beginning of the end, of either him or Wily. He takes his first steps, starting the war. As he's running through the city, killing off drones and joes along the way, he feels invigorated, this is his destiny, his true purpose, his true programming.All of a sudden a shot hits Megas arm and he goes flying.
Protoman.
I like to think that the next chorus is actually Protoman singing the same line , that it is up to him, stoping Mega is his destiny. the next verse is dialogue between the two, and then the fight begins.
This song is all about the first encounter Mega has with Proto, in the middle of a city, with a large crowd. at the end protoman teleports away. Megaman looks up during the last chorus as the song winds down.

Steel Forged in Fate

This is the deepest song of them all. It's way to complex to even try to comprehend in a post.

Can't Stop the Top

The dancing number. Except (no offense to Metalman) this is way more bad ass. This entire song starts as Mega gets to Topman's room. He's taunting Megaman right from the start, the chorus is when the first shot is fired. Topman is gracefully dodging all of Megaman's shots, it looks like hes dancing, I imagine it's quite enraging. even when shots to hit he just spins around AND THEY SHOOT BACK.
Mega soon learns the pattern and sees that his weakspot is right when he stops spinning. He starts shooting him. But Topman is an arrogant son of a bitch. He truly thinks that hes invincible. Afterall, he's reached the top and can't admit that he's going to be defeated. He keeps getting shot but refuses to go down. At the end he stands, nearly dead, but still unable to cope with the fact that he's lost. His final words before he is taken out is "Can't Stop the Top".
Arrogance was his downfall. MEGAMAN SHOOTS THAT ASSHOLES FACE OFF

Don't Mess with Magnetman

This song is pretty tragic. My theory is that it starts out with him dying on the floor. The battles over. All he wants to for Roll to love him, and I think that for a bit there they actually had something. Thats why Roll says Watch yourself. But she ultimately leaves and right afterwards, Megaman comes to fight him. And Magnetman is pissed, he knows he has to fight Megaman and resents him for being the reason Roll left him, but at the same time loves Roll, and Roll loves Mega so hes conflicted.
This song is whats going on inside his head as the battle goes on, flashbacks as he lays dying in a pool of oil. Ultimately his heartache is what kills him. He's to busy trying to conceive what to do about Roll to worry about the battle.
The outro is his final thoughts as he lay there dying after the battle. BECAUSE MEGAMAN SHOT THE CRAP OUT OF HIM

You've Sparked a War

Sparkman is watching Megaman on a monitor for most of this song, as his army is attacking him, and he is slaughtering them. He is talking to him over an intercom. Sparkman knows that this is what needs to be done. The second verse is from his head, he doesn't need reassurance, he just needs to kill Megaman, and he will sacrifice as many robots as possible to destroy humanity. His soldiers march on.
During the breakdown, he sees hes losing and he tells his man that they will lose, but they will go down trying. He rallys them together for the last time and as the charge towards Megaman, he retreats to his room. once the breakdown is over, Megaman bursts through the door ans the battle begins. And I think we all know how that turns out. MEGAMAN SHOOTS THAT ASSHOLES FACE OFF.

Walk Away from Light

Ok, this is gonna sounds like a pretty crazy theory/vision, but I imagine Megaman walking through Snakeman's level, which is completely empty, no enemies as all. Snakeman is camouflaged by the walls and he keeps popping out and hiding. He is temptation. Biblical shit man.
Snakeman sees Megaman as an asset that can be used rather than destroyed. And he knows that Megaman can't see him. He has the advantage here, and uses the opportunity of being hidden to plea to Megaman and try to convince him to join the winning team. And threatening by unleashing mini snakes to attack him as he refuses.
His downfall his his frustation in the strength of Megas willpower. He wont give in, and this enrages Snakeman. He starts to lose his cool and give away his position screaming "just walk away" and leaping out to give the final blow because theres no getting through, and right as he does boom. MEGAMAN SHOOTS THAT ASSHOLES FACE OFF.
