We're pretty sure it's Dr. Light singing. The first born is Protoman. I agree, not only was Protoman "born" first, but Dr. Light was the one who gave Megaman the gun. And Bohepans, if you think those songs are crazy, you should see BladeSatoshiX's analysis of Can't Stop The Top. He figured out what The Megas were going for.
