Hi there!

When attempting to buy bundles on the featured page of the shop, it kicks back a message of "this product combination does not exist". I'm super interested in the VS Starter Pack but the store seems to not want me to buy it.

The individual items can be added to the cart, but not the bundle.

I'm working on that as we speak and expect to have it fixed by this evening.

When I pre-ordered HR: Red /Shirt combo in March I also bought the "Today the End Begins "shirt as well as"you sparked a war" single, and "Get Accoustic" CD. Should I expect these to be shipped with the physical copy of Red, or would they have been delivered separately?

If you did them on the same order, then yeah, they won't go out until Red is printed and at the distributor.

I just got the email about the album shipping details, but I was wondering if that timeframe also applies to the shirts and other merch.

I purchased the digital version, and received my code, but...I don't actually know what to DO with the code in order to get my download.

go to themegas.bandcamp.com, click the "redeem download codes" on the right hand side, copy/paste your code, follow the prompts. Pretty easy.

Yes, this is correct. However, there should have been a link in the email that contained the download code(s) taking you to http://themegas.bandcamp.com/yum. If there was no link in the email then that's something I'll have to take a look at again as I thought we'd gotten that sorted out.

From my understanding if it's all in one order it'll be shipped at the same time, when the cd is ready.

I just got my physical goods in the mail (CDs sound great, by the way) and noticed I ordered the wrong shirt size by mistake. My XXL frame is definitely not going to fit into a girl's medium shirt! The packing slip has a returns address (and only about an hour away from me, how weird!), but who should I contact and how to arrange an exchange? I'm more than happy to pay return postage, (or drive it down myself on a day off, haha!), just hoping to get it done with minimal fuss.

Any chance we can get more than one shipping option? I'm in Canada and I'm just ordering CDs -- they could easily go regular mail.

I believe the shipping is coming from the CD pressing plant. I don't think The Megas mail out the physical CDs any more.

Hmm, this thread seems relevant. I'll try emailing.

(Yes, "threa". If you quote the post you'll see the D is actually there, but for some reason it disappears in the link. Weird.)

The d in threadd is being censored as a running joke on the forums. I'm aware of it because I set it up that way.
