I work at a movie theatre, and yes, we have one of those as well. I often get complaints that it's rigged, but that's not the case. The final row is just set that you need to be accurate within 1/800th of a second. It's possible. I've seen people win. It's not rigged.
My friend would play those all the time. He could get to the top, but rarely past it. And he played a LOT.
